Amber Makes was set up by two friends, Amy and Rebecca who wanted to use their skills and passions to create unique sewing kits featuring beautiful prints and illustrations with clear concise instructions.

Luckily, they have different but very complimentary skills as Rebecca can sew and Amy can draw. They realised that together they could create great quality designs and kits that you really want and, equally important, that really work.

Amber Makes Sewing Block of the Month is a series of twelve panels all featuring different sewing related items and using a variety of sewing techniques so you can create and learn as you go. Collect and make them all to piece into a beautiful quilt when they’re finished. Each panel includes all the fabric needed to make the Block, an illustrated version of the block, and a bonus mini project too!
