Celebrate Britain’s favourite bird with this stunning quilt featuring pieced Robin Blocks set amongst triangle chains to create this fun and easy to make quilt. The quilt is made from just two blocks, the Robin Block and the Star Block and the Robins are constructed in opposite directions, so they face each other.

This full colour instructions booklet with step-by-step photos, contains all the information you need to make A Round of Robins Quilt.  The instructions walk you through exactly how to make the Robin Blocks and the Star Blocks then how to join them together, add the borders and finish off the quilt.

To make A Round of Robins Quilt you will need

·      Light Brown fabric: one Fat Quarter (we used 100% Cotton Rose and Hubble Biscuit Fabric)

·      Dark Brown fabric: 50x112cm (we used 100% Cotton Rose and Hubble Brunette Fabric)

·      Red fabric: 100x112cm (we used 100% Cotton Rose and Hubble Cotton Poplin Spots on Red Fabric)

·      Green fabric: 150x112cm (we used 100% Cotton Rose and Hubble Cotton Poplin Spots on Meadow Fabric)

·      Background fabric: 350x112cm (we used 100% Cotton Rose and Hubble Ivory Fabric)

·      Gold or Black Fabric: small scrap, for the Robins’ beaks

·      Wadding: 72x72in (183x183cm)

·      Backing Fabric: 72x72in (183x183cm) OR 4m x 112cm
