Fantastic machine easy to use I trained 60 years ago on a brother embroidery machine wish that there had been something like this to use recommend this machine the only disappointment was the lack of information about this machine on line .

Excellent machine for a beginner, really glad with my purchase

I bought it as a birthday present for my wife who absolutely loves it. Easy to use like her other Brother machines very quiet, would recommend wholeheartedly.

ordering was simple and quick, constant updating from gemporia and thier choice of dilivery company were great and also kept me up to date till the moment it arrived. The package arrived in pristine condition with no dents or damage and was handed to me not left outside. Fantastic machine easy to use for a beginner like me and the price was great as well. Would highly recommend for beginner and experienced sewers also as I have a sewing machine already I didn't what an embroidery machine that did both and they can be quite expensive. I did my research and found the brother m300e ideal for me and at a price I could afford.

I researched embroidery machines and came across a youtube video from Sewing Street that was demoing and promoting the Brother M330E. I highly recommend this machine. Within 20 minutes of opening the box, thanks to the touch screen and built in help, I was embroidering my 1st design straight from the built in files. Since then, even as a total newbie, I’ve gone on to do more and more complex items. Including using the app for my own designs and buying PES files to manipulate and embroider. The machine comes almost ready to go, just need to click the ‘bed’ in place and thread the needle. You do need to buy some basic provision like stabiliser and coloured threads, just start small and basic till you find out what’s what. The Brother M330E is so easy to use, has enough features out of the box to enable great embroidery and although I can’t speak for durability yet as I’m only a couple of months in - with a 3 year Brother warranty I’m confident this machine will cover my needs for a long time.

The machine is absolutely brilliant love it

I was concerned that with a reduction of £400 on this machine it may prove disappointing. It wasn’t. Although I have only made a small start on projects I am very pleased with the quality of the build and am sure it will prove to serve me well.

Ordered that come direct from manufacturer don’t take long, also the call centre people are fantastic, but when ordering sewing street items they seem to take ages to arrive sometimes two weeks,
