‘Petal’ is an eye-catching geometric quilt featuring bold flower blocks on a contrasting background. The petals of each flower are made using one fat quarter!

This limited edition quilt kit is packaged in a cotton Janet Clare tote bag includes:

· Fifteen different blue, cream and green prints from Janet's ‘Bluebell’ Moda collection to piece and bind the quilt top. Moda fabric is 100% cotton, a lovely medium weight, and beautiful to sew with

· A full colour quilt pattern, with full sized templates, detailed layout diagrams and construction methods. Detailed block diagrams show the exact arrangement of fabrics so you can confidently re-create my design. Ideas of four other design layouts are also included in the pattern

· Bonus project idea also included in the pattern for using up the curved piecing remnants

It is constructed using traditional quilting techniques and includes curved pieced blocks, so some patchwork experience will make this project easier, but the techniques are simple to learn, making it suitable for all experience levels.

The pattern guides you through preparing, constructing and piecing the blocks, and includes notes on preparing the quilt backing, wadding, layering up and binding.

Finished quilt measures 80” x 80” (203 x 203 cm).
