“Monty” is a versatile template and pattern featuring a giant dinosaur horse! By arranging the legs, neck, head and tail of your dinosaur as you wish, Monty can look up and down, stand, or stride. The dinosaurs were appliquéd onto a vintage blanket with hand embroidered wording and whilst my blanket features four appliquéd dinosaurs, but you can obviously make as many dinosaurs as you wish. And of course, the dinosaurs would look just as great on a patchwork quilt, cushion or other project too.

The pattern is designed to be constructed using your fabric stash of scraps, and an inexpensive background fabric and includes two sizes of appliqué templates that can be joined with split pins to make a fully poseable dinosaurs that move.
